Shipping costs for Domestic order is currently free. International orders are based on USPS weight price. We are working diligently to bringing you better shipping costs!
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are shipped by USPS, Fed Ex or UPS depending on the item. This is tracked and at times will require a signature on delivery. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Unites States (longer if you are overseas.) All print orders take 3-5 business days because they are custom printed and hand signed by Mayda Madrid. This will require additional time if Mayda is overseas at the time of the order.
We recommend allowing 5-10 business days total to be safe! 12-15 business days total for international orders. Select products may arrive separately.
International customers may be subjected to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Unfortunately, the Mayda Madrid team has no control on how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Mayda Madrid HQ is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped. Please consult with your local post office for more information.
Please note that we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we always put the quality of the art first. Thank you for your patience!
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 business days via email or phone number.
We are happy to accommodate gift notes with your order and gift receipts so that pricing is never included. Please contact us prior to ordering or shoot us an email once you completed check-out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
LATE DELIVERIES/MISSING PARCELS
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of your order. Feel free contact us if you have any questions.
All items are carefully inspected for quality before mailing. In the event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly contact us for a replacement. Items are not returnable after a 72 hr time period.
No Cancellations after 24 hours of the order submission.
We only accept goods that are faulty. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Books, stationery and custom/personalized items.
To start the return process, please send us the following information via email to
1. Contact name
2. Company name (if applicable)
3. Phone number and the best time to reach you
4. Invoice number
5. Description of the problem and reason for return (attach a photo of the problem)
6. All product that is damaged in shipping must have a photo of the damaged package included with your email.
We will contact you when we have all of this information. Please DO NOT ship anything to us until you have heard from us on how to proceed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please check with your bank account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin process.
Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift Cards will be emailed to you as soon as the payment is processed. This may take up to two business days.
Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of issue and cannot be extended or changed.
They can be used to buy goods on www.maydamadrid.com only.
You can transfer the Gift Card to a friend by simply forwarding them the email we send you.
Please allow 2 business days from the date of purchase for the card to be activated.
